The project includes a photovoltaic solar array system, new architectural site work, and an energy efficient exterior envelop consisting of a weather/air barrier and continuous insulation system concealed by brick and block veneer.
Situated on a tight project site and on an operating campus, Thompson Construction implemented a project management plan to ensure project safety and minimal disruption to students and staff.
McKinley Middle School is located in Albuquerque’s northeast and aims to “Enrich the Present to Build the Future.”
