The Ernie Pyle Middle School is a new construction, renovation and addition project involving two buildings – a two-story 6th grade classroom building and a one-story fine arts complex.
The classroom building includes two science labs, 14 classrooms, offices, a conference room and bathrooms. The building also includes an elevator. The fine arts complex is a one-story building that houses an area for drama, chorus, music, and art. The building also has office space.

TCI performed demolition on the existing school, impacting both bearing walls and non-bearing walls.
The two-phase, 18-month project totals 23,500 square feet and was designed to meet LEED Silver certification.
