The TCI Yard Building Tenant Improvement is a 2,192 square foot renovation project. Much like its company roots, the Yard Building is a modest structure housing a bustling operation with hopeful horizons.
Working within a blank-slate building shell, TCI constructed an office space to include an open work area, a joint-use conference room and kitchen, four private offices, two restrooms, storage area, and equipment room.

Designed by NCA Architects and constructed by TCI and 11 subcontractors, the Yard Building celebrates the dedication of TCI employees past and present. It marks the graduation from basement operations to an official office space equipped for growth into the next 40 years.
